DIGITAL SIGNAGE SYSTEM FOR LULU BAKERIES

This is what happened with LULU bakeries. Looking at the map of LULU locations, we view a network of digital solutions we have implemented for our client. 

At 36 LULU locations across Serbia, in Belgrade, Kragujevac, and Niš, INPUT installed 45 Hisense commercial screens, enabling centralized management of this network of screens and their content. In this way, LULU bakeries acquired a networked digital signage system that allows the management of messages, campaigns, and information from one place, with improvements in several aspects: 

  • CENTRALIZATION 
    LULU’s communication and marketing campaigns are now centrally managed; setting them up on screens takes only a few moments. One click in the Vision Info application controls all screens integrated into the system. 
  • FLEXIBILITY 
    In addition to real-time content adjustments and updates, specific locations can be targeted with tailored messages and local campaigns.

    Streamlining human resource costs and reducing printing and promotional material placement costs with high communication control and instant campaign display updates. 

How did the introduction of INPUT’s digital signage system look? 

  1. Installation at all locations:
    We visited the locations, made a plan and specifications, carried out the installations, installed the screens, and connected them to the platform. 
  2. Software management training – Vision Info:
    To equip the LULU bakery team to use the platform, we conducted a three-hour training on all the system’s capabilities and options in cooperation with our partners from the Hisense company.
  3. 24/7 Technical Support:
    The client has 24/7 access to INPUT’s technical support and the support of our partner, Hisense.

What does the digital signage system consist of? 

At the heart of the digital signage system is the Vision Info software, through which the content on all screens and locations is updated in real-time or scheduled for specified times. This system integrates seamlessly with the screens, provides analytics for monitoring campaigns, and supports all media formats. Fast, efficient, and 100% targeted customer communication is guaranteed, along with marketing effectiveness. On the other side of the system are Hisense screens, optimized for operation in commercial conditions (screens operate 24/7), with 500 nits of brightness and an Android operating system.
