HOW DOES ENGAGING THE SENSES WORK TO ENHANCE THE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE?

Details

The topic of sensory engagement to improve the shopping experience is not new. However, trends and innovations in this area evolve at lightning speed, pushing the competition for customer loyalty to the next level. Even if they don't directly think about this concept, retailers intuitively understand that they must incorporate elements into their spaces that make shopping pleasant, familiar, and homely.

INPUT provides solutions that transform shopping by engaging the senses.

In retail, features like wine dispensers, coffee corners, or bakeries go beyond mere functionality to become part of the customer experience. Our equipment enhances the practicality and aesthetics of spaces and evokes associations with the warmth of home, the smell of freshly baked bread, and the pleasure of a cup of coffee or a glass of wine.

INPUT Bakery

This elegant, open-concept design features bread and pastries displayed to draw customers' hands directly to the products they find appealing. Everything here is designed to evoke associations with the warmth of home and enjoyment, from the display case design featuring beechwood details and tempered glass reminiscent of vintage, homely cabinets where bread held pride of place. The view through transparent doors showcases enticing pastries illuminated to highlight their texture and freshness, while warming plates ensure that hands touch warm, fresh bread, making the desire for it irresistible.

INPUT Coffee corner

Our coffee corner adapts visually and functionally to your space, allowing you to indulge the senses. Placing a cup, selecting a fragrant black brew that boosts energy, sweetening it, and savoring the first sip—right in the middle of a store or market, in a cozy corner designed for comfort and relaxation—unfailingly delivers a sense of satisfaction, even in unexpected places. When the aroma of coffee fills the air, and its taste touches the palate, satisfaction encourages activity, and the shopping spree can begin.

INPUT Self-Service Wine Corner

A concept rarely seen in supermarkets, it is designed for self-pouring wine. This area features elegant dispensers and rustic decor that evokes wine cellars and barrels where the beloved alcoholic beverage is traditionally stored. With clear and thoughtfully designed labels and information about wine selections, customers can educate themselves, engage with the product, and immerse themselves in an atmosphere that inspires them to spend the evening with friends over wine.

When considering how to equip your retail space, consider everything that can engage the senses. Colors, scents, lighting, and sounds matter. While you deliberate where to place one of INPUT’s look-and-feel elements, we begin planning how to tailor it entirely to your space and needs.

In the meantime, we eagerly wonder: What is the next goal in elevating your customers' look-and-feel experience?
