This approach is called look & feel in our industry, and we pay special attention to it. We think about it when creating design elements, layouts, decorations, and ambience. Within the framework of the look & feel principle, we create visual and sensory aspects that influence how customers experience the store and the kind of experience they receive. What about the colours? Lights, materials, textures, aesthetics? What music is playing, what else is visible, and how does it smell? 

All these questions fall under the look & feel principle, which guided us when we incorporated the coffee corner into the LULU bakery space. 

The experience of a good bakery, with amazing pastries and bread and a distinctive interior characterised by comfort and approachability, also includes that warm, fragrant coffee that the customer takes along, completing their breakfast, snack, or meal! 

How did we achieve that? 

We carefully studied LULU bakery's visual identity and fully adapted to it. This way, we stayed true to the emotions LULU aims to create in its customers. The rustic design evokes thoughts of home warmth; elements of worn wood and turquoise surfaces bring back memories of our grandmothers' old kitchens. 

 The following sensory element is the scent. The smell of bread, pastries, vanilla, and spices is a given in a good bakery. And we took it from there and went a step further - we created the LULU to-go Coffee corner. 

In appearance and functionality, the LULU coffee corner fits into the existing aesthetic, contributing on every level to the feeling of homey comfort and well-being. Like at home, here, too, the coffee is within reach, in a position that doesn't require additional actions, steps, or work, ready to complement our days and contribute to our mornings.
