Despite being relatively new to the market, LULU Bakeries have swiftly won the hearts of Belgrade's residents. The secret to LULU's success? Cinnamon rolls and bread, of course, but also intelligently designed and equipped spaces. This is how INPUT tackled the LULU challenge. 

INPUT had the honour of developing and implementing a solution for LULU's facility in the Belgrade Waterfront neighbourhood. The BW Aurora building now hosts a new, prestigious bakery where every detail, from the workshop to the sales area and coffee corner, has been meticulously crafted. 

At the beginning of our collaboration, INPUT faced two significant challenges: 

• To integrate seamlessly into the pre-defined, recognisable LULU visual identity, based on a fusion of tradition and modernity, ensuring brand recognition while facilitating various aspects of the establishment's operation. 
• Considering the prestigious urban zone where the facility is situated, to make it a flagship location for LULU's portfolio, emphasising its representativeness. 

These requirements resulted in a final solution incorporating entirely new, purpose-built elements into which INPUT has invested its knowledge, experience, and effort. 

The professional bakery workshop includes elements and equipment that meet the highest modern standards for food production. Everything is geared towards swift and high-quality bakery product creation, from hygienic work surfaces to ovens that produce LULU's specialities. 

The sales area and shelves for bread and pastries are a hallmark of INPUT's expertise, allowing for easy restocking, product freshness preservation, and attractive displays. 

The modular shelving solution for bread is an original creation by the INPUT team and represents an innovation for the LULU system. This solution enables easy shelf reorganisation without tools, utilising a simple "click" system to adapt to specific needs. 

Small healthy snacks, granola, and snacks are always welcome, so the payment counter includes a shelf for impulse shopping. 

The purpose-designed LULU coffee corner is a remarkable addition to the project, enhancing the customer experience and fulfilling consumer needs. Alongside warm pastries, quality takeaway coffee is readily available to kickstart mornings and accompany every break throughout the day. The facility's interior also boasts digital signage screens, serving as an effective and economical means of conveying messages and information to customers and visitors. Smart screens can display unlimited messages according to a desired schedule, ensuring a sustainable and practical marketing approach for LULU.
